To celebrate, Tropical Smoothie is giving away a free 12-ounce Island Punch Smoothie to guests from 2 p.m.- 7 p.m. local time. The Island Punch Smoothie combines peach, guava, passion fruit, mango and pineapple.

All you have to do is head out the door in your favorite pair of flip flops and go to the nearest Tropical Smoothie Cafe in your area. It's that simple. The cafe's restaurant listed all the steps and states, "Yeah, it's really that easy!"

According to nationaldaycalendar.com, the day was started in 2007 by Tropical Smoothie Cafe to celebrate its 10th anniversary.
